• Do It YourSelf - $95

  Our website allows you to enter a few pieces of information and prepares the paperwork for you. Once you enter the basic information, one of our agents will research comparables for your home, and you will receive an email with the comparable sales and all of the documentation required to file the appeal, already filled in. All you have to do is fax or email it to your local assessors office, and we provide that information too.

• Income Based Appeal - $295

  This program is available for homeowners who are already living in their homes, and automtically reduces their property taxes, based on their household income. This program allows the homeowner to set a cap on their annual property taxes, regardless of what their tax bill is. We will collect the necessary documents from you and deal directly with the State to reduce your property taxes.

• Value Based Appeal - $395

  This appeal is for homeowners who feel that their assessed value exceeds the current market value for their home. This service is for the homeowner who prefers more of a "hands-off" approach to appealing their taxes.
